Phase 1 — Install

In Hub, find Holon Replay in the tool grid
Click the tool → click Install and follow the steps
Tool appears in Canvas → Settings → Apps
Launch from Hub works (click "Open in Canvas")

Phase 2 — Launch check (no prompts expected)

Tool opens and shows the main UI
Page reloads cleanly (F5) with no errors

Phase 3 — Core features

Video loads and plays
Video pauses at quiz question checkpoints
Student answers a question — feedback appears
Completion and score record in gradebook
Instructor can view completion analytics

Phase 4 — Settings & accessibility

Theme panel (🎨 icon in topbar) — opens, change a color, reload — color persists
Font size buttons (A / A+ / A++) — text gets bigger, persists on reload
Help overlay (? icon) — opens and closes

Phase 5 — Pin to course nav (optional) (optional)

In Hub → My Tools → Holon Replay → toggle "Show in course nav"
Tool appears in Canvas course left nav
Clicking it from course nav opens the tool correctly
